The Beechwood Hills Campgrounds is a full-featured facility perfect for hosting your organization's convention, camp, or meeting. The rental facilities include: RV Campsites (rent here), Modern Cottages, Rustic Cabins , Bunkhouses, Pavilion, Dining Hall, Chapel, and Activity Center.

Unit Description, Seating and Sleeping Capacity.
Dining Hall will seat approximately 150 people. The kitchen has freezers, 2 commercial gas stoves, a dishwasher, mixer, refrigerator, and ice maker. A walk in cooler is available at extra cost. Also included in the dining hall are two rest room and shower facilities, a coin operated laundry system. The basement services as class room and storm shelter.
Chapel will seat approximately 500 people with a large raised stage area. A dual wireless PA system is available at extra cost.
Activity Center can function as a chapel, classroom, or even an additional bunk house.
Bunk Houses contain bunk beds and will sleep 12 people each.
Cottage A has 1 double bed and 2 twin beds in one room with kitchen,shower and toilet.
Cottage B has 1 twin bed in a room, separate full bathroom, 1 bunk bed, 1 twin bed, couch and kitchenette.
Cottage C has 2 double and 1 twin bed in upstairs room with living room, fridge, sink, toilet and shower.
Cottage E has 1 double bed, stool, fridge and sink.

- Prices above do not include the Walk-in Cooler in Dining Facility. This feature is available at additional cost.
- A portable public address system with two wireless microphones operating on individual frequencies, plus a line input from a CD player or similar source is available to rent. $25.00 Plus $50.00 Deposit.
- Available facilities may be subject to prior commitments - fee adjustments may be negotiated in these circumstances.
- Beachfront area is for mutual use and cannot be reserved. The beach area has a dock, beach and swim area with a place for a campfire.
- Boats may be launched from the lake front area. However, East Lake is a no wake lake and no boats with motors larger than 25 hp are allowed on the lake.
- RV sites are not included in the All Available Facilities rental rate and must be rented on an individual basis. Rent here
- A reservation fee of 10% of the rental fee (minimum of $10.00) is required when reservation is made.
- All rental fees and security deposit money must be paid the day of, or prior to the rental period.
- Deposits will not be returned unless clean up is inspected and signed off by caretakers.
