Beechwood Hills' Leaders in Training (BLT) is a program for our teenage group to help during our Junior Week of camp. The program is for ages 12-17. During Junior Week and Intermediate Week, BLTs learn skills to become our future staff and leaders at Beechwood Hills. Our hope is to equip these young people with skills to build and grow the camp, church, and the Christian environment in years to come.
They are able to pick a staff position, such as director, counselor, nurse, or cook, to shadow for the week. We hope to encourage them to some day take this role here at Beechwood Hills in the future and to learn responsibilities, as well as, knowledge for their future in a job field. |
